MBV-C Injectable Solution

COMPOSITION

Each ml contains 250 mg of sodium ascorbate (vitamin C) and 15 mg benzyl alcohol (E 1519) as a preservative and 2 mg sodium metabisulphite (E 223) as an antioxidant.

 

INDICATIONS FOR USE
MBV-C in horses, cattle, buffalo, sheep, goats, dogs and cats
-          Treatment of vitamin C deficiency,
-          It is used in the supportive treatment of fatigue, especially during periods of infection and stress.
 
ADMINISTRATION ROUTES AND AMOUNTS
MBV-C is administrated intramuscularly (IM) and intravenously (IV) to horses, buffaloes, cattle, sheep and goats at the dose of 10 - 20 mg/kg bw and to cats and dogs at the dose of 16 mg/kg bw. The application is made as long as the treatment requires. The practical dose is as in the table:

Horse - Cattle - buffalo	4 - 8 ml / 100 kg bw
Sheep - Goat	1 - 2 ml / 25 kg bw
Cat - Dog	0.3 ml / 5 kg bw

 
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD(S)
Withdrawal period is 0 (zero) days for meat and milk following the last treatment.
 
MARKETING PACKAGING
Sold as 50 ml and 100 ml type II amber colored glass vials sealed with red bromobutyl rubber stopper and transparent aluminum flip-off cap in cardboard boxes.
